Yixin Precision Ltd provide surface treatment - QPQ
QPQ is the abbreviation of Quench－Polish－Quench, which means that ferrous metal parts are put into two salt baths with different properties, and multiple elements infiltrate into the metal surface to form a composite infiltration layer, so as to achieve the purpose of surface modification of the parts. It has good wear resistance, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance and small deformation. This process is suitable for all steel materials.(Note: Stainless steel products can't be blackened, only QPQ can be used to blacken the surface)

A1: Send your sample or drawings to us, and get the professional quotation immediately!
Q2: Can I get a product sample?
A2: Yes, of course. We will make a sample after you paid the setup cost. And we will take pictures for your check. If you need a physical sample, we will send you by freight collection.
Q3: What kind of file can you read?
A3: Various type of 2D or 3D drawings are acceptable, such as JPG, PDF, DWG, DXF, IGS, STP, X_T, SLDPRT etc.
Q4: What is your way of packing?
A4: Normally we pack goods according to customers' requirement. For reference: wrapping paper, carton box, wooden case, pallet.
Q5: How to deal with the faulty?
A5: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 1%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
